1 15 oz. can chopped turnip greens, drained
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
bread crumbs ( I use the canned)
grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together except crumbs and cheese
(which are mixed together). Pour blended ingredients in casserole dish, and spread the mixture of cheese and bread crumbs over the top of casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350º .
