1 C sugar
1 C corn syrup
1 jar* peanut butter
6 cups corn flakes
(*12 to 18 oz, depending on how peanut-buttery you want it and creamy or crunchy is ok)

Directions:
Pour the corn flakes into a large bowl. Boil sugar and corn syrup together to the rapid-boil stage. Add peanut butter and mix well. Pour over corn flakes and make sure that all flakes are well coated. Scoop out by teaspoonfuls (or tablespoonfuls if you want them bigger) and place on waxed paper to cool. Push them together as you place them, as they’ll stick together better.

Clean up is easy. If you put the pan in HOT water right away after pouring the sugar-peanut butter mix over the flakes and let it soak while scooping the cookies, it cleans up easily. Put the bowl that you’ve mixed it all in into HOT water and let it soak for a while as you scrub out the pan and it’ll come clean easily too.
