1 1/2 lbs. Steak [round steak, cube steak]
Flour
3 tbsp. Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
3 tbsp. Oil
1 can Tomato Sauce
1 c. Water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Roll Steak in Flour. Cook Onion and Bell Pepper in Oil until tender. Brown Steak on both sides, add Tomato Sauce, Water, and Salt, Worcestershire Sauce and Pepper. Cover and simmer about 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
