Ranch Stars Recipe

1 lb. ground meat (beef, turkey, chicken, pork---)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and
1 1/2 cups Monterey cheese or
3 cups packaged "light" tex mex or 3 cheese
3/4 cup ranch dressing
1 can sliced black olives (optional)
1/2 red bell pepper
1 package egg roll wrap (big square)- cut in fours
Mini muffin pan

Form squares to pan.
Brush edges with water before baking.
Bake for 5 minutes at 350
Cook ground meat, drain
When cool, add remaining ingredients
Fill shells ( after baked for 5 min. as above)

Heat for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
