3 or more tomatoes
1 can red kidney beans, drained
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 red pepper, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 bag Fritos corn chips
1 bottle Catalina dressing
Directions:
Directions:
Toss all ingredients and serve immediately. I like to use more tomatoes and less peppers, but feel free to experiment. This recipe is great to take camping and throw together just at meal time. Mix together and let sit until ready to serve.
