My BROTHER CLIFFORD made very good SALSA. He would spend hours making his special salsa for our union picnics every year. He would prepare all the ingredients with the main one being HOT PEPPERS. Then he would fill up 2 one gallon jars with his special sauce, then label each jar. On one jar he labeled it "VERY HOT" and on the other jar was labeled "NOT SO HOT". Most people at our picnics would choose the jar labeled "NOT SO HOT", and they would thank their lucky stars that they did, because even this one was plenty HOT. Everyone eating the SALSA may have wondered why Cliff and I were laughing so much. Well CLIFF had a SECRET! You see both jars of SALSA were exactly the same. WARNING!!! Remember to always use Glass Jars, and make sure it is GLASS. Because this STUFF is so powerful it will eat through anything!
