1/3 c. mayo
2 c. shredded Cracker Barrel Cheese
1/2 c. green onions
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sour cream

Shred the potatoes, add the rest of the ingredient's & bake in a 9 x 13 pan at 350º for 35 minutes.
