Ingredients:  
Coarsely grind or food process leftover ham ( 2 cups)
Add shredded cheese (usually cheddar, Co-Jack,or Velveeta) ( 1 cup)
Add some finely minced onion to taste (approx. ½ of small yellow of red onion)
Add Mayo just to bind together (start with ¼ cup)

Spread on split buns or baguettes (Toasting of these is optional)

Put under the broiler until lightly browned and cheese bubbles.
