Ingredients:  
Mix two pounds ground beef, add one medium to large onion chopped fine, salt and pepper
Add at least one cup cooked Minute Rice or regular rice
Core at least four green peppers, good sized
Stuff rice mixture in peppers

Place in pressure cooker or roasting pan
Cover with two cans undiluted Campbell’s Tomato Soup. Place in pressure cooker on high heat for 20 minutes to a half hour (or 350º oven for at least an hour. Check liquid periodically to ensure it doesn’t get dried out.
