2 eggs slightly beaten
1 can Libbys Pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1 2/3 cup evaporated milk
or light cream
1 9 in unbaked pie shell


mix ingredients in order given. pour into pie shell

garnish with whip cream

Bake in hot overn 425 for 15 minutes
reduce heat to 350 and bake an additional 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean
