1 pound of elbow macaroni, cooked
2 eggs, beaten
2 ½ cups milk
2 tablespoons sugar
4 cups shredded or diced cheddar cheese
¼ cup butter, sliced into pats
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the beaten eggs, milk, and sugar until blended, add cheese, and salt & pepper.

2. Put macaroni into a 2 quart baking dish, pour milk/egg mixture over macaroni, combining to distribute the cheese, dot with pats of butter.

3. Cover and bake in a 325º oven for 45 minutes, uncover dish the last 5 minutes of baking.
