potatoes, cut into chunks and boiled
Ken's Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing
Parmesan cheese, fresh, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare potatoes as you would for potato salad (cut into chunks, boil until fork tender). Let potatoes cool completely (you may want to refrigerate overnight). Stir together dressing and fresh cheese (use as much or as little as you want). Pour dressing/cheese mixture over potatoes and stir thoroughly until all potatoes are coated. Serve chilled.
