3 tbsp. fried chicken drippings
3 tbsp. flour
3 cups milk

Directions:

After frying your chicken, remove all but 3 tablespoons of grease from the pan. Sprinkle in 3 tablespoons of flour and cook over medium heat, stirring to scrape up brown bits. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then gradually add milk. Reduce heat, and stir until thick and bubbly.

Serve over hot cooked rice along with fried chicken.
