3-4 large sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 sticks melted butter
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
1 C. brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 Cup chopped pecans
1/3 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bake sweet potatoes on 350º on a baking sheet for 45-60 minutes until soft. Remove and allow to cool. Remove the skins for the potatoes and place in mixer adding all ingredients (minus the topping). Place in a shallow baking dish. Combine all topping ingredients and spread evenly across sweet potatoes. Bake for 35 minutes at 350º.
