• 2 tablespoons sesame or olive oil
• 4 cups green beans, washed dried, ends snapped
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1-2 teaspoon(s) soy sauce

Boil beans for 1 minute then in same pan;
heat the olive oil and sesame oil over medium-medium high heat.
- Add green beans, stir to coat with oil.
- Add all other ingredients, stir to coat beans well.
- Continue to cook, stirring occasionally for 10-12 minutes. Be careful not to burn.
