1 (8 oz.) box corn muffin mix (Jiffy works great)
2 C. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 C. milk
1/2 C. sugar
2 eggs; beaten
2 stix butter or margarine (melted & cooled)

Directions:

Grease a 13x9x2" pan. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. *(you can use 4 Tbsp. of regular corn meal instead of corn muffin mix.)
