3 pkgs. active dry yeast
2 C. warm water
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 C. oil
6-61/2 C. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in sugar, salt, oil & 3 C. of flour. Beat until smooth. Mix in remaining flour to make dough easy to handle. Turn dough onto lightly floured board. Knead until smooth. Place in greased bowl & brush top of dough with oil. Cover and let rise in warm place until double in size, about 45 minutes. Remove dough from bowl & punch down and divide in half. Knead & place into loaf pans(2). Brush top of loaves with oil. Let rise until double in size; about 1 hour. Heat oven to 400º. Bake about 35 minutes or until loaves sound hallow when tapped.
