3 loaves bread toasted, buttered, and cut into squares
1 stick butter
1 chopped large onion
1 bunch celery chopped
2 carrots cleaned and scraped into shreds
1 can chicken broth (large)
2 tsp. poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet. Add onions and celery...cook util soft and clear. Add chicken broth and poultry seasoning...simmer for 5 minutes. put bread cubes in a large pan..pour the liquids over the cubes. Let stand for awhile. Then stuff into bird or put into the pan around the outside of the turkey.
