2 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups sugar
4 cups thinly sliced apples
2/3 cups chopped walnuts
1 cup salad oil
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
ift together flour, soda sinnamon, suger into a large bowl. Add salad oil eggs, and vanilla. Mix well then add apples and walnuts. Spread into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake 55 to 60 minutes at 350º
(batter will be VERY stiff)
