1/2 c butter, softened
1/2 c shorteneing
1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
3 c sugar
6 eggs
3 c all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 - 6 oz pkg frozen coconut - thawed
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp.. coconut flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, shortening and cream cheese; gradually add sugar, beating at medium speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy add egga one at a time, beating after each addition.
Combine flour, soda, salt, add to creamed mixture, stirring just until blended.
Stir in coconut and flacorings.
Spoon batter into a greased and floured 10 in. tube pan;
bake at 350º for 1 hour and 15 miutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
cool in pan 10/15 minutes; remove from pan cool completely.
