1 pkg. (15 oz.) refrigerated pie crusts (2 pie crusts)
16 oz. jar of salsa
1 can cream of chicken
1 cup sour cream
2 cups (8 oz.) cheddar cheese
1 pkg. (24 oz.) frozen kernel corn
2 cans (9.75 oz. each) cubed chicken
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

Let pie crusts stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to make it easier to work with. Stir salsa, soup, sour cream, cheese, corn, chicken and beans in a large bowl. Spoon mixture into a 13 in.x 9 in.x 2 in. pan. Unfold pie crusts on a lightly floured surface. Lay crusts side-by-side so they overlap about 3 inches in the center. Press the seam to seal. Roll the pie crusts into a 14 in.x 10 in. rectangle. Place pie crust over the chicken mixture and trim off excess around the edge. Cut several slits in crust. Bake at 400º F for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
