2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. coconut
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together the brown sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Add rest of ingredients. Shape dough into 2 (12") rolls. Wrap. Refrigerate 4 hours. (Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.) Cut into 1/4" thickness. Bake on ungreased sheets at 375º for 10-12 minutes.
