1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine, softened
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 pkg. milk chocolate Stars or Kisses
Directions:
Directions:
Beat 1st 5 ingredients. Add flour and soda. Shape into 2 (11") rolls in plastic wrap. Chill 4 hours. Cut into 1/2" thick cookies. Dip in sugar. Place on cookie sheets. Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes. Immediately after taking from oven, place 1 Star on each cookie and press down lightly. Remove from pan and let cool.
