1/2 c sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 c flour
1 c sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 c buttermilk
1 egg
1/4 c vegetable oil
1/4 c powdered sugar
1 1/2-2 tsp milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon then set aside. In another bowl combine and mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl combine and mix buttermilk, egg, and veg. oil. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix til just moistened. Grease only bottom of a loaf pan. Put 1/2 mixture in bottom of loaf pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cinnamon mixture over dough. Add rest of dough mixture and sprinkle rest of cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350º 40-45 minutes. Cool in pan 10 min. Combine powdered sugar and 1/2-2 tsp. milk. Drizzle over bread.
