1 lb. hamburger meat
2 cans biscuits
1 10oz bag grated cheese
cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º (25ºlower than biscuit package directions). Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Brown hamburger meat. Take each biscuit and flatten into a round shape. Place appx. 1 tbsp. browned hamburger meat onto one side of the biscuit round. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Fold biscuit over and seal sides with a fork. Bake until biscuits are lightly browned (approximately 10-15 minutes).
