6 large potatoes( large & oval as possible)
8 T. butter
2 c. sour cream
salt & pepper to taste
6 green onions - chopped small
16 oz cheddar cheese
16 oz bag of diced bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Wash potatoes & dry potatoes. Poke with a fork. Bake for 1 hour or until potato is done. in a large bowl place butter, sour cream, onions, bacon, &1/2 cheese, set aside. Cut potatoes in half & scoop out the inside with a spoon. Do not break skin. Place with other ingredients & mix well until well blended. Carefully fill all skins & top with remaining cheese . Bake again for 20-30 minutes.
