5 pounds potatoes, pared and quartered
8 ounces of cream cheese
2 teaspoons of onion salt
2 tablespoons of butter melted
1 cup of sour cream
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes and mash them. Add cream cheese, sour cream, onion, salt, pepper and butter. Beat until smooth. Refridgerate after cooled. Grease a casserole dish and put mixture in. Dot on top with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through. If use full amount, use a 2 quart casserole dish. It makes 8 cups.
