Breaded chicken nuggets
3 c. romaine lettuce, chopped
1 c. red cabbage
1 c. NAPA cabbage
1/3 c. chow mein noodles
1 carrot, shredded
1 green onion, chopped
1 tsp. sliced almonds
3 tsp. honey
¼ c. mayonnaise
1 ½ tsp. rice wine vinegar
1/8 tsp. sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Make oriental dressing with honey, mayonnaise, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil. Blend with mixer and put in refrigerator to chill, while mixing salad. Cook chicken nuggets according to directions on package. Prepare salad by tossing salad ingredients. Sprinkle sliced green onions on top of lettuce. Sprinkle almonds over the salad then the chow mein noodles. Cut chicken into bite-size chunks. Place chicken onto the salad forming a pile in the middle. Serve with dressing on the side.
