3/4 lb. ground pork
6 fresh shrimp; finely chopped
6 waterchestnuts; finely chopped
2 green onions; finely chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped Chinese parsley
2 eggs; slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 small clove garlic; minced
1 pkg. wonton(thin) squares
3 cups vegetable oil

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except for squares & oil. Make wontons the same as you would for soup, except you will fry them instead.
