2 sticks of butter
1 box light brown sugar
2cp. flour
1tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1cp. buttermilk
1tsp. baking soda
*pecans (optional)*
Directions:
Directions:
Cut up or soften butter. Combine ingredients of butter-brown sugar-cinnamon, reserve 1 cup crumbs and pecans. Add egg, buttermilk, baking soda(dissolved). Pour all in mixture into cake pan, sprinkle reserved crumbs and pecans on top if you like and bake @ 350 º
