10 lbs. onions
10 lbs. cabbage
Hot peppers (no amount given)
2-1/2 cups sugar
2 tbsp. salt
1/2 gallon vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Grind onions, cabbage and hot peppers together. Pour boiling water over all, then drain.

Add vinegar, salt, and sugar to ground vegetables. Cook in a large pot for 30 minutes.

Ladle into hot, clean jars. Place lids and hot process to seal.
