Wash herbs and pat semi-dry with paper towels. Pull off leaves. Place on several layers of paper towels on paper plate. Cover with additional paper towel. Microwave on High 30 Seconds. Let stand 10 minutes.

Herbs should be brittle. If not, microwave for a few seconds longer. Store in airtight container. Check for moisture next day. If moisture is present, microwave a few more seconds. Store in airtight container in cool, dark place.
