Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey meat
1 can kidney beans
1 small Vidalia onion, finely chopped
2 cups tomato sauce
garlic salt
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon paprika powder
Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, empty kidney beans (slightly drained) with a sprinkle of garlic salt. Set heat on low and let the beans simmer with the lid on. Stir occasionally.

Cook the finely chopped onion in a large pan with a sprinkle of garlic salt on medium heat. Allow onions to brown. Once onions have browned, dump ground turkey meat into the pan with the onions and continue to cook on medium. Add sprinkles of cumin, paprika, and Tabasco. Add more if necessary.

Break the turkey meat up in the pan and allow the turkey to brown. Once the meat has browned, pour the meat and onions into the bean pot and turn the heat of the pot up to medium.

Pour the two cups of tomato sauce into the pot (add more if necessary) and sprinkle in more Tabasco, if desired. Stir contents of the pot and let simmer on medium-low heat for 5 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Ally likes to line the bottom of a bowl with finely grated cheddar cheese, pour the chili on top of that, and then add more cheese to the top. A dollop of sour cream finishes the dish off perfectly!
