3 - 4 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Simple Syrup (Equal parts sugar & water, boiled together)
4 - 5 Fresh Mint Leaves

Pour bourbon and syrup in a glass over ice. Crush the mint leaves against the side of the glass with a spoon. Stir and enjoy

A good variation on this drink is to substitute Wild Turkey American Honey liqueur in place of the simple syrup.
