Frozen hash browns 1pkg(southern style)
Cream of chicken soup 1 can
sour cream 8 oz.
Shredded cheddar cheese 10 oz.
Margarine 1stick and 3tbsp.
Frosted flakes cereal 4 cups
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Onion powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
-Thaw the hash browns in refrigerator
-Preheat oven to 350º
-Butter the bottom of a 9x13 pan using part of the 3 tbsp of margarine.
-In the pan, put cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salt, pepper,and onion powder and mix together
-Then add the potatoes and mix together
-Add the cheese and mix together
-Cut the rest of the 3 tbsp. of margarine into the potatoes
-Spread mixture evenly in pan
Topping
-Melt 1 stick of margarine in pan and then add frosted flakes. Mix to coat.
-Put frosted flakes evenly on top of potatoes
-Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour
