1 pkg cream cheese
2 tbs sugar substitute
2 tbs low fat milk
3 1/2 cup Cool Whip
1 baked 9 in pie shell / cooled
2 med peaches diced
1 4oz pkg jello instant pudding
1 cup lowfat milk
1/4 tsp almond extract

Beat cream cheese until smooth, blend in sugar and 2 tbs milk, fold in 2 cups of Cool Whip and spread in crust. Top with diced peaches, press down lightly. Prepare pudding as directed with 1 cup milk add almond extract. Let stand 5 minutes
fold in remaining Cool Whip and spoon over cream
cheese mixture and freeze for 1 hour. Garnish with
Cool Whip and Peaches.
