1/2 gallon of gemma oil
3/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 apple vinegar
1 large spoon of garlic powder
1/2 leg spoon salt
1/4 black pepper
1/4 sugar
1/2 onion powder
1/8 paprika
3/4/oregano
1/2 basil
a few shakes of lemon juice optional

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in order of ingredients listed. Stir and pour into smaller jars to use as needed. Taste to make adjustments.

Dad made up the original recipe, but Lorraine made changes over the years to perfect the recipe. People would come for miles for an Ace Supperette Sub. Lorraine prefers to use the Gemma oil in this recipe, but any oil will do, as long as it is veggie with 10% OLIVE OIL.....Keep this in the family, please.
