Cooked Deli Ham
Capicola
Genoa salami
Mild provolone cheese
Mayo/mustard/Italian dressing-sub oil
salt pepper
Onions
tomatoes
lettuce
mild banana peppers
French bread

Directions:
Directions:
Cut French bread in half and slice in half. First put mayo on the bottom and tops of bread. Place four slices provolone on bottom. Next the capicola, next, the salami, next the cooked/boiled ham. Then add thinly sliced onions across the ham, 5 slices tomatoes, salt, a handful of shredded lettuce, add peppers (optional), then a few shakes of sub oil (optional).

Mom always put salt and pepper on the tomatoes. Dad put salt only and salt and pepper to taste on the lettuce. Can also mix a small amount of mustard with the mayo. Exclusively served at Ace Superette in Charlotte...oil recipe to follow. Customers always loved mom's subs and said that they had a mother's touch!
