8 Duck breast( butter flied)
8 slices of bacon
soft cream cheese
sliced jalapeños peppers
Tony Chachere's seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
On opened breast place thin layer of cream cheese, 2 pepper rings and lightly sprinkle with Tony seasoning. Close and wrap with strip of bacon place tooth pick to hold. Coat outside with seasoning. Grill at 300º until bacon is done.
