1 pkg. (8 oz.) Lasagna Noodles
1 lb. Hamburger
1 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
¼ tsp. Garlic Salt
1 (small) Cottage Cheese
1 (small) Sour Cream
Chopped Onions
Shredded Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.

Brown meat. Stir in salt, tomato sauce, pepper and garlic salt. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from stove. Add cottage cheese, sour cream and onions. Blend well. In a large greased 9x13 pan or casserole, start with 3 lasagna noodles, then 1/3 of the meat mixture,3 more noodles and then another 1/3 of the meat mixture and finally 3 more noodles and the last 1/3 of the meat mixture. Top with shredded cheese and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves eight.
