1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
4 egg yolks
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 cup milk
4 egg whites (beaten stiff)

Directions:
Directions:
In a stand mixer or a hand mixer, Cream butter and sugars. Add unbeaten egg yolks one at a time. Beat until smooth. Add vanilla. Blend flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour and milk alternately to butter mixture. Beat until smooth. Add beaten egg whites folding gently into batter. Grease and flour bundt pan or angel food cake pan. Pour batter into pan and bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
