2 cups water
1 cup powdered milk
lemon juice or vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Make milk by combining powder and water according to directions. Heat milk to simmering over low heat. Add vinegar or lemon juice a little at a time until milk curdles and separates. (Will turn to curds and a water-like liquid.) Remove form heat and strain through cheese or non terry tea towel. Rinse. Add sale to taste. Great for lasagna!
