2 to 4 pork steaks, chopped in small pieces
2 T. oil
1-2 cloves of garlic, chopped small
1 head of cabbage, chopped
1 C. water
2 T. soy sauce
1 lb. vermicelli spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in oil, add garlic, cabbage, soy sauce and water. Cover and cook until meat is tender and cabbage is done. You may need to add more water but should have little liquid in the pan when ingredients are cooked. Add cooked spaghetti and soy sauce to taste.

This is a very good Filipino dish. As with any ethnic food there are various versions, this one is from the island of Mindanao
