1 pkg herb stuffing mix
2 med stalks celery, chopped fine
1 or 2 tart cooking apples, peeled and chopped
1 med onion, chopped
1 c Craisins or dried cherries
1/4 c melted butter or margarine
1 c chicken broth
6 pork boneless loin chops

Directions:
Directions:
Spray inside of a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except pork. Place half of the stuffing mixture in slow cooker; top with pork. Spoon remaining stuffing over pork. Cover and cook on Low heat 6-8 hours
