2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. baking soda (in small amount of water)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp salt
1 can (2 c.) pumpkin
Cream cheese frosting
Directions:
Directions:
Mix well the sugar, oil, eggs, and baking soda. Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well and then add the pumpkin. Beat. Pour in greased and floured 15"X10" pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. This is good with cream cheese frosting.
