2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. shortening
4 T. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Frosting:
1 stick margarine
4 T. cocoa
1/3 c. milk
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Put the flour and sugar in a large bowl. Bring to boil the margarine, shortening, cocoa, and water, then pour over the above dry ingredients. Add sour milk, baking soda, vanilla, and eggs. Beat well. Pour into greased and floured 15"X10" pan. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes. To make the frosting: Bring to boil the margarine, cocoa, and milk. Add the powdered sugar and mix well. Pour over warm cake and spread.
