1 1/2 c corn meal mix
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 T sugar
1 t salt
1 c flour
2 eggs beaten
1/2 t soda
2 c buttermilk
1/2 c oil
Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients, combine eggs, milk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients. Pour into a greased skillet and bake in 450º oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
