1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. dried oregano
1 can ( 6 oz ) tomato paste
1 c. milk
1/2 c. baking mix ( such as Bisquick)
2 eggs

Heat oven to 400.
Spread cottage cheese in greased 9" pie plate.
Cook ground beef; drain. Stir in 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, salt, oregano and tomato paste; spoon over cottage cheese.
Stir milk, baking mix and eggs with a fork until blended. Pour over beef mixture. Bake 30 to 35
minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
