1 large head chopped cabbage or 3-4 prepackaged bags of cabbage.
Celery, carrots, onion, green pepper if you like
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup cider vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients in a large bowl. Boil vinegar, sugar and oil (I use a microwave) and pour over cabbage mix while piping hot. Toss then let rest 15 minutes and toss again. Repeat a few times. Store in refrigerator
