1 wide mouth qt jar
3 lemons
1 T oregano
1 T Crazy salt
1 T lemon pepper
1 T Lawry's salt
4 T sugar
2 T chopped onions (heaping)
salad oil
Realemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, slice & quarter lemons and put in qt jar.
Add above ingredients through onions.
Cover ingredients with salad oil, then fill to top of jar with Realemon juice.
Let stand for 24-48 hours at room temperature, shaking occasionally.

Toss uncooked shrimp in sauce in an open saute pan, cooking quickly. Do not overcook shrimp.
Serve on platter garnished with parsley.
